Mancini thinks we'll finish 4th.
Since when do we give a flying fork what Mancini thinks?

Mancini thinks we'll finish 4th. It ain't over just yet. Spurs will hit a bad run after having been very lucky over the past 10-12 games. Injuries, suspensions and fatigueness will come hard on Everton. Chelsea seems to be in a free fall with their new managers. Arsenal will probably be our strongest rivals for 4th. I ain't saying it'll happen, just won't give up just yet.

Attempting to put some of the pressure on us by talking us up, to try and take some of the pressure of being odds on off his team.

It was said Newcastle will fade/tire or hit a run of bad form and drop away. We all know what happened.
For Newcastle last season you could substitute Everton/Spurs.
Arsenal have just signed Monreal from Malaga which will strengthen them there.
Chelsea have breathing space. They have to continue in their current vein of form and we have to start winning regularly, both home and away.

I think 4th is asking too much this season. European qualification is about our level, realistically.

After the last two matches we need to get back to being tighter in defence (5 goals in 2 games) and start winning.
Don't make the same mistake twice, there's plenty of new ones to choose from.

Those who choose to preach would do well to take note of their own sermons.

Since he wrote the theme music to the Pink Panther cartoon.
