mind you, if they do, rodgers will be in his element, come Sunday......what with us having to beat Newcastle by 10 or more.

You can just see it. We draw trying to get a cricket score and West Ham equalize in the last minute through Carroll, with an assist from Downing.

we're 6 up with 15 mins to go, but draw 6-6, as we push forward looking for more.

while at City, Andy Carroll pops up with a late equaliser for the bubble blowers.....meaning City only draw.

And we lose the title because of Roy of the Rodgers football.

In many ways it's a relief. The manager will now have to re-assess things and understand what went wrong, how and why. Hopefully.

City are just playing controlled football, making sure they're closing down, going with runners etc, not giving Villa a sniff of getting near their goal. Professional.
