Cheers Ed good read.

Hes another that if he had managed a certain Manchester club he would've probably been Sir Joe.

Cheers Ed good read.

Seconded.

The way the likes of him, Paisley and Moran went about their business was typical of what made us what we were. Everything was kept in-house and any credit was to be directed at the club as an entity. No talk of methods and philosophy and players came because they wanted to play for Liverpool Football Club, not because they 'bought into' or 'believed' in (fill in appropriates phrases).

If the logic that it was 'easy' for Fagan to succeed has any plausibility, then we will see the Mancs win either the league, FA Cup or European Cup this season, especially considering Moyes' previous managerial experience and his relative success in the league. And shouldn't Mourinho be doing better at Chelsea? Afterall, they've won the league and cup double, the FA Cup (again), the Champions League and UEFA Cup in the last 5 or 6 seasons.
Don't make the same mistake twice, there's plenty of new ones to choose from.

Agree Juan & Tes!

Took the job so the backroom staff would keep theirs!

Said to the lads he didn't mind if they lost the penalty shoot out!

Signed Jan Molby!

Won number 4!

And contributed massively to the other 3.

I can't wait until modern football implodes and we get back to the sport, where genuine skill was enough to make the difference.
